Plan of Treatment
After a thorough evaluation, we will chart out a plan of treatment that may include Comprehensive Medical Management, where the most effective, safe, and appropriate medications are prescribed. Physical Therapy may also be ordered to reduce pain and improve range of motion. For suitable candidates, Interventional Management will be considered, including:
